Terms of Service
2. App Purpose
Hayat Digital Health is a digital health platform enabling users in Iraq to access self-discovery tools, professional consultations, and digital wellness services.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old to book consultations.
4. User Accounts
User accounts are required. Required signup information includes: name, age, address, blood type, sex, height, and weight. Users may review and correct their information at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited actions include: misuse of services, illegal activity, reverse engineering, impersonation, fraud, or disrupting platform functionality.
6. Doctor-Patient Communication
The application supports communication between users and licensed professionals for non-emergency medical interaction only.
7. Medical and Liability Terms
The platform does not provide emergency medical services. All advice and consultations are informational and not a substitute for emergency care. Liability limitations apply.
8. Payments
Consultations may be paid using supported ePayment methods processed through Stripe. No card details are stored by the application.
9. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating rules or engaging in harmful activity. Users may appeal through in-app contact options.
10. Changes to Terms
Users are notified of changes via in-app messaging. Continued use requires explicit acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Iraqi civil law. Disputes are resolved through Iraqi courts.
Privacy Policy

Collected data includes: name, age, address, blood type, sex, height, weight, and information shared during consultations.
3. Medical Data
Medical or health-related information submitted during assessments or consultations is collected for service delivery.
4. Device Information and Analytics
Limited device identifiers and usage analytics may be collected through Firebase. No location data is collected. No cookies or tracking beyond functional requirements are used.
5. Payment Data
Stripe processes all payments. Card information is never stored on Hayat Digital Health servers.
6. Purpose of Data Use
Data is used to deliver services, manage accounts, process payments, personalize user experience, and maintain platform security.
7. Data Sharing
Data is only shared with service providers such as Stripe and Firebase to support app functionality. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
8. Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Sensitive screens block screenshots and screen recordings.
9. Data Retention
Data is retained for five years unless deletion is requested.
10. User Rights
Users may request to delete their data, download their data, or correct inaccurate information at any time.
11. Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making or profiling is used.
12. Compliance
The app does not target EU users and therefore GDPR does not apply. The app is not directed at children under 13; COPPA does not apply.
13. Policy Updates
Users are notified in-app when the privacy policy changes, and acceptance is required to continue using the service.
